Because nearly every piece is one of a kind or made to order, returns are handled case by case.
One-of-a-Kind Furniture
Restored and hand-finished pieces are sold as described. Please review photographs, dimensions, and condition notes carefully, and ask for additional images or video before purchasing.
Custom and Made-to-Order Work
Custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, refinishing services, and cabinet refresh projects are not returnable, as they are produced specifically for you.
Damage or Misdescription
If a piece arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
